- Chickpea -250 grms
- Bay leaf - 2
- Black Cardamom - 1 pod
- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Red Chili - 2
- Shah Zira (black cumin ) -1 tea spoon
- Green chili -3-4 (cut into small pieces )
- Garlic paste -1 tea spoon
- Ginger paste - 1 tea spoon
- Onion paste - 1 tea spoon
- Tomato puree - 1 tea spoon
- Cumin powder - half tea spoon
- Coriander powder - half tea spoon
- Turmeric powder - 2 tea spoons
- Tomato sauce - 1 tea spoon
- Saffron essence -3-4 drops
- Mitha Atar - 2 drops
- Garam Masala Powder - half tea spoon
- Sugar - 1-2 tea spoon
- Salt to taste
- White oil - 2 table spoons
- Ghee - 1 tea spoon
